From Storge to Storgie!
In ancient Greece, it was believed that there were four main types of love: eros, philia, agape, and storge. Eros is romantic love, philia is brotherly love, agape is unconditional love, and storge is familial love. Since our mission is to promote love between family members in a fun and engaging way, we felt a playful spin on “storge” was the perfect fit! (By the way, Storgie is pronounced “stor-gee”, with a hard “g”, like in “give”.)
We sincerely hope that your family will benefit from our work, not only since chores get done around the house, but rather, by opening up the lines of communications among family members and by creating an atmosphere of teamwork and responsibility.

Felix Wong
Husband and Father of Six
Felix was trained in Mechanical Engineering, but has spent the last 15 years of his life working in Business Process Management and Information Technology. With a big household including 6 kids ages 5 to 17, he found it very difficult to get everyone to do their part around the house. He was constantly reminding his kids to tidy up their room, set the dinner table, load the dishwasher, and fold the laundry…that was until he created the Storgie app! With the app, the entire family is now engaged and excited to complete their chores. Felix is more than pleased with how the family has come together to work as a team!
Outside of his work, Felix enjoys traveling, investing, collecting old Marvel comics, running, playing basketball, and serving at his church.
